- Please note, all appointments are “PENDING” until you receive a confirmation text/email.
- We do our best to honor the appointment time you choose, but please include two alternate dates and times on the details section, in case there is a conflict.
- Re-claimed water appointments cannot be guaranteed because we need to set up the appointment time with Clay Utilities 24 hours in advance. Please choose your time and we will do our best to accommodate your choice.
- If you prefer not to choose an appointment time from the calendar, please click “skip” on the time section of the form. We will call you and set up your time.
- Payment is not mandatory to schedule service online and you will have the option at the payment section to choose “Pay Locally”.
- If there is a price showing with the service you choose, this is a service call fee and NOT the total price for the job. We will come out and evaluate your problem and provide a reasonable assessment for the repair.
